Yesterday I flew to Brisbane to perform at the annual Queensland Fireball. This year the black tie event was held in a huge big top erected in King George Square in the centre of the city. I performed my contortion act in an Opera Cirque show called Lo Spettacolo which told the story of two lovers, myself and hand balance performer Mali De Goey who are torn apart then find each other and fall in love again at the end. The show also featured dancers and opera singers. I'm not one to usually perform at circus themed events so this was the first time I've ever performed inside a big top!

Reality Show
I was on set filming an episode of another reality TV show today, I can't say which one yet due to confidentiality agreements but it was lots of fun. It was a loooong day of filming and to say it was freezing is an understatement! Sometimes I hate shooting outdoors. Brrrrr. Stay tuned to find out which show it is!

Off to Brisbane...
Off to Brisbane this morning for a performance at the Commonwealth Bank event held at Cloudland nightclub. The shows theme is 'Red hot' so I'll be rocking my Chanel dragon red nail polish, swarovski crystal catsuit and feather head piece!

Judging talent competitions!
A few days ago I was a judge at the STAR Talent Competition held at Menai market place alongside my good friend Melissa Ambrosini. Together we judged various groups of kiddies ranging from around six years old up to 17 year olds and were blown away with how talented they were! It was actually a lot of fun being a judge for the day and I'm looking forward to doing it again!

Princess Yasmin Launch
Just landed back in Sydney after my performance at the Princess Yasmin launch at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast in Queensland. I flew in yesterday morning and checked in to my hotel room at the casino hotel and was straight in to hair and makeup.
The launch was held up in the penthouse and I performed on top of a white piano surrounded by high end designer goodies before the guests who included Gold Coast socialites and the casino's high rollers.
After my performance I spent the evening in my hotel room watching movies and ordering room service!
I was up bright and early this morning to catch my flight back home as I have to get ready for my Sydney shows tonight!

Paranoia video clip
A few weeks ago I joined the band Stone Parade to shoot the video for their latest track Paranoia directed by Nick Kacevski.
Shot in a warehouse in Arncliffe one very cold Sunday, we were submerged in a small, old bathtub in a black gooey liquid which I can only describe as feeling like you're lying in very runny jelly. The black goo curdled when mixed with warm water so we had to lie in a bath of cold water in winter for hours! It was so cold I was shaking!! At the end of the clip you see Billy the drummer with steam coming off his body, that's how cold it was, we could actually see steam coming off our bodies, but thank goodness there were some heaters and a hot shower on hand to warm up with between scenes. The worst part about the black goo was that it got all in your eyes and ears and didn't feel very good. I even accidentally swallowed some in one shot, weirdly though it literally tasted like nothing. No taste at all. I got some nice bruises and cuts on my knees and ankles from rolling around on the concrete too.
